Laderas Del Tapias is located in the region of the Tapias River Canyon in the municipality of Neira - Caldas, Colombia formed by the union of 4 estates: Buenos Aires, Puerto Rico, La Graciela and Villa Inés.

We are part of the Coffee Cultural Landscape, declared by UNESCO as Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

The Estate has a long tradition in coffee production. In the 30s of the last century the first coffee plants were planted and during this period it has belonged to two families. Since 1980 it belongs to the current owners, who have expanded the cultivated area and have specialized the farm in the production of high quality coffee.

In the coffee crisis of the late 90s the crop was abandoned. In the year 2000 a new generation, the Peláez Jaramillo family resumed the activity and restoration of the houses in accordance with the coffee architectural tradition.
