Colombia La Gallera
Colombia La Gallera produces a unique hybrid of two varieties, namely, Red Bourbon and Typica which come to be known as Sidra. This arabica bean is honey processed. Its cherry is pulped leaving the mucilage absorbed into the seed as the cherry dried. This is why the Colombia La Gallera coffee is smooth, sweet with honey-like body yet well balanced acidity flavour which is delightfully brewed as filtered coffee.
